張芸家|Chang Yun-Chia

1996年生於台中,畢業於東海大學美術系研究所,主要創作媒材為膠彩。
以「被遺落的風景」為創作主軸,描繪其消逝過程中自然與人造之間曖昧的關係。在日常中,將那些消逝中的紋理拾起、揉捻、攤平、輕輕鋪在純白之間,記錄下這些微小事物存在過的痕跡。
Chang Yun-Chia, born in 1996 in Taichung, holds a master’s degree from the Department of Fine Arts at Tunghai University. Specializing in Asian gouache painting.
Focusing on the theme of "Forgotten Landscapes," depicts the ambiguous relationship between nature and the artificial during the process of disappearance. Through collecting and internalizing those fading textures in daily life, documenting the traces of these small things that once existed.
作品談論的是人類文明與自然之間的複雜連繫和矛盾,其中還包含了轉化與變遷、消逝與新生。在人類離開並遺棄建築物後,自然緩慢奪回其生長空間,在植物沿著建築表面蔓延並包覆這些人造物的過程,也衍生出各式幾何形狀。我以「山形」作為方向,觀察他們在不同環境或視角下構成的一座座人造山,形成見山卻不是山的假象,成為大自然中的非自然樣貌,也同時是非自然中的自然。最終,一切成為鬱鬱蔥蔥的一片風景,重返森林原始的樣貌。
The work explores the intricate connections and contradictions between human civilization and nature, encompassing themes of transformation and transition, disappearance and rebirth. After humans abandon the buildings, nature slowly reclaims its space for growth. As plants spread along the surfaces of structures, enveloping these man-made creations, various geometric forms emerge in the process. I use the concept of "mountain shapes" as a guiding direction, observing how they form artificial mountains under different environments or perspectives, creating an illusion of mountains that are not truly mountains. These become unnatural appearances within nature, while also being natural within the unnatural. Ultimately, everything transforms into a lush and verdant landscape, returning to the original state of the forest.
