About My Sculpture – 『Scene • Object 』
In this series, I adopt the sculptural concept of piling on that is commonly seen in ceramic sculpture for forming.  Ceramic is a conventional material and I intend to add new periodical language in this ancient medium. Therefore, I choose readymade object, for example, those appear in daily life. I adopt the existed form and shape of those objects to make interesting shapes of my artworks. Another example is toy bricks.  In my viewpoint, toy brick created with plastic grants is a self-taught and do-it-yourself sculpture. Everyone could create a three-dimensional model in clear shape, so long as he/she follows instructions. Moreover, the form or shape could be changed as one wished anytime. The plastic toy brick provides a concept that everyone could sculpture on their own.

About My video – 『 Scene・Object Lost 』
I intend to create by blending body objects and sculptural objects with specific sites or any given environments. By doing so, those elements become the part of landscape for each other. I also extend the context style of Scene・Objects Series in which human
bodies are used as rational objects filled with all kinds of accidental chemical reactions in juxtaposition with sculptural objects and readymade objects in an improvisational manner. Without written scripts and planned drafts, all elements are re-arranged on site at that moment; thus, it cannot be predicted on what the next scene would turn out to be. The gameplay behind that is indeed the instinctive reaction which I have been continuously seeking in art creation. Consequently, the humanity landscapes that I conceive at that moment and in that space are re-composed and presented via environmental action art with residual and fragmental landscapes in my memories.
