陳泳丞 1991生於台灣宜蘭，畢業於元智大學藝術與設計學系，專長於複合媒材之雕塑與裝置。在創作上，以對周遭事物的感觸，將抽象 的情感具現化，營造介於虛與實之間的奇異型體與空間。自2013年開始從自身經歷進行創作，透過作品具現人與人之間曾有過的情感、經驗、想法，嘗試感知隱蔽於自身意識下的某種未知物又或存在某種聯繫，2019年於台南IO工業綠洲駐村的以細胞角度創作的「環狀細胞」，開啟了一連串從意識到微觀思考的創作，採用機械裁切、手作加工的過程將資料庫視覺化，再以群組方式構成大型裝置回到場域中，以微觀的細膩心思體現環境的生態樣貌，以探索者的角度用實驗驗證的空間裝置來連結深層的情感、體驗、記憶與認知並回應著場域的存在經驗。

Born in 1991 in Y-Lan, Taiwan.Chen-Yong-Cheng received an degree of art and design from Yuan Ze University. He specializes in sculpture and installation of mixed media. In Chen's works, the emotions to the surroundings are concretized. The permutation and combination of the repeated objects indicates the spaces between virtual and real. It's not easy to explore oneself through the things we see. Through the artwork we could find the similar connections, emotions and thoughts with others. After years of process, all the stories crisscross. And surge all the future possibilities.

Chen stationed in Industry Oasis and produced “Goblet Cell” in 2019. In Yongkang Industrial Park, Yong-Cheng Chen chose the organisms in the field as the topic of discussion and presenting cellular biopsy using the organisms collected in the smallest unit. The smallest unit is used to establish the ecological gene database for this field, followed by adopting machinery cutter and hand-made processing to visualize the database. The data then compose the large installations by groups to return to the field, using microcosmic sophistication and ideas to implement the ecological pattern of the environment. He applies the perspective of explorer to connect with profound emotion, experience, memory, and cognition through the empirical spatial installation of experiment, in addition to responding to the experience of field existence.
