Two hundred years ago in June, a bizarre "sweet fire" was set off on Tainan's Dongmen Road because of crushed sugar strewn all over the street, which lasted for three days. This may sound absurd at first, but it reflects the prosperity of Tainan's sugar industry.

Imagining the abruptness of this grafting of absurdity and reality, the "Taiwan Interview Book" uses the term " Sugar Walking Crushed " to describe the amount of sugar transported in Tainan at that time. The crumbs of sugar accidentally dropped during the transportation were scattered all over the floor. In this creation, I try to use the context of sugar to extract the different looks of this "City of full Sugar" from the past to the present from these fragments of absurdity and reality.
